You can cancel anytime from your account portal or by emailing info@getjackalope.ai. When you cancel, your service stays active through the end of your current billing period and you won't be charged again. Monthly fees already paid are not refunded.
The one-time setup fee is non-refundable. It covers building and configuring your AI receptionist, which begins as soon as you sign up.
If you cancel and later come back after more than 90 days away, a new setup fee applies, since your assistant has to be rebuilt and reconfigured.
If Jackalope AI isn't the right fit, tell us within 30 days of your first payment and we'll refund your first month's subscription in full (one per customer). The setup fee is not included in this guarantee.
